A VICTORIOUS DAY!

Well, After the hard weekends, I finally had a weekend where I came out lower than what I started out. I was kind of dreading to peak at the scale, but am glad I did. I'm feeling a good weigh in.

My Plans for a successful week so far:

Monday: Walk with Hubby tonight and cook a whole chicken and broccoli.
Tuesday: Cook at home (not sure what yet, maybe a taco chicken) and go to aerobics at 7

Okay, I need to start following your dedication. You're doing awesome! Your comment on my blog made me laugh. With your young kiddos, running takes too much dedication. Just keep up your exercising and maybe later you will try something bigger.

Hey Jenna!
Here's a great recipe for a low fat diet. (tried typing this before and accidentally deleted it...or so I think, hope you don't mind if you get this twice:-)

Chicken tacos

Crockpot: Fill with fresh or frozen chicken breasts ( I prefer frozen)
- Pour a jar and a half of corn black bean salsa over it (sams choice is really good) DO NOT ADD ANY OTHER LIQUIDS!
- put lid on and turn on low for 6-8 hrs. when done cooking shred with 2 forks.
- Serve like a taco salad with baked tortilla chips or with the high fiber tortillas (normally found near deli)

LEFTOVERS are FABULOUS! Freeze in ziplocs and in family friendly portions. Hope this helps your diet but also your time! God bless your day!

Hey girls,
sorry I haven't checked this... Um as many as can fit in the crock pot... I normally do 8 or so. Hope this helps... I also serve this for church lunch and one crockpot feeds up to 35-40. (good for big get togethers or potlucks). Have a great day!
